Ian Brookman

Trustee

Ian joined the Ormiston Trust Trustee Board in 2016, having been involved with the charity and Ormiston Families since the early 1990’s. Ian became a Trustee of Ormiston Academies Trust in 2012 and is the Vice Chair of the academy trust  board. .He is the Practice Director of W P Thompson a firm of patent and trademark attorneys based in London and Liverpool. Ian was previously the  Managing Partner of a large regional firm of chartered accountants where he specialised in the not for profit sector. In recent years Ian has had a portfolio of roles including as Chief Finance officer for several charities, non-executive director of a mental health trust and a principal of his own accountancy practice.
